Q.     How often should my dog be groomed?

A.   Most all dogs should be on a 4, 6, or 8 week groom
schedule?
Q.  My dog hates her nails clipped, what can I do?

A.  When your dog is groomed, having the nails clipped is part
of grooming, however, if I am unable to do the nails, our
professional vet technicians are always close by and the nails
will done by them and a charged of $12.75 will be applied to the
cost of grooming.
Below are some questions often asked by clients that you may find helpful.
Q.  At what age should I start getting my dog groomed?

A.  Dogs should start being groomed at 4 months.
Q.  Can you tip the groomer, and what is the amount you
leave?

A.  Tips are always greatly appreciated.  There is no set
amount.  Most clients leave whatever they want to.
Q.  My cocker has very bad skin what can I do about it?

A.  Get them on a regular 4 week groom schedule and bathe
them at home at least 2 times a week in the shampoo the vet
prescribes for their skin.  Absolutely no cologne.
Q.  My dog always gets matted no matter how much I brush,
what can I do?

A.  First of all it's very important when brushing your dog to
do it everyday.  You need to brush them in layers followed
with a comb, if the comb stops then theres a mat and  you
need to get out the mat.  If your only brushing on top the hair
will mat underneath and then they will need to be shaved.

A regular 4 week groom schedule will also help with the
matting as well as a puppy cut for those hard to brush dogs.
